Description

The Being Brave Girls cards are tools designed to guide you away from negative self-talk. We hope they instil a sense of hope, motivation and bravery in you. There are 16 sets, with three cards in each set — a girl, a description and some inspiring words.

When in need, choose a card that inspires you and keep it close. Use these cards in sticky situations or when you need a pick-me-up, whether that’s something to do with a challenge you are facing or a tricky relationship. There is also the shadow card for when you just need to feel sad. You know, that’s okay too. You need both light and shadow but how you deal with the shadow is what makes you stronger.

You might be The Empress one day, you might be The Adventurer or The Nurturer another. What would they do? How would they feel? Borrow their strengths and qualities for the day — they are inside you already. Inspire yourself. And remember being you is being brave.
